Patient Document Reports

The Patient Document Report provides the ability to track Orders and documents sent, due, or received within a specified time frame.  Clinical users should utilize clinical reporting for this feature.

Go to Patient > Document Reports

 

Report Sequence: Choose to run the report by Patient, Insurance, or Order Doctor

Selection Type: Choose All Records or Specific Patients, Insurances or Units

Patient Status: Select to include All patients, only Active patients, or only Discharged patients

Date selection: Select the date range for tracking the documents

Date Type: Select if the selected date range refers to the document's Due Date, Sent Date, or Received Date.

Document Type: Check All Types or un-check and select a specific Type from the drop-down list (ex. 485 or Addendum)

Additional Options:

Only Overdue Documents: Check to only show documents that are not marked received and it is past the Due Date

Only Un-Received Documents: Check to show only documents not marked as received (may not yet be past the Due Date)

Show Document Notes: Select to include Document Notes on the report
