Issue: 

Some patients may have had incomplete Order records export from DeVero prior to 1/11/2020.

Solution: 

It is critical that all claims be reviewed for accuracy prior to submission. Diagnosis Codes can be reviewed on the Billing Audit and Electronic Claims Submission Report.  A key indicator of this issue may be if only one diagnosis code is present on the claim.  If incorrect or incomplete order records are found, resend the Diagnosis Codes from the OASIS or Physician Order from DeVero, indicated by the “DE” (Diagnosis Export) mark on the Patient Chart.
