Disposable Negative Pressure Wound Therapy Device BillingBeginning January 1, 2024, home health agencies can no longer bill dNPWT visits separately to Medicare Part B. Any TOB 34x claims containing CPT codes 97607 or 97608 will be returned. Instead, these visits should be reported with G-codes and the dNPWT device should be reported with HCPCS A9272 on the Home Health TOB 329 claim.
