Any phone calls to our new 800 number (below) should be for priority 1 urgent/emergency issues only. We have made these changes to ensure the strictest compliance for HIPAA PHI (Protected Health Information) as well as to improve your ability to track open and historical support issues.

To request assistance from client support, log into our new client portal with your Netsmart User ID (previously emailed). If you do not have an ID, click on the ‘Request an Account’ link to register.
