OASIS Assessment Report

The OASIS Assessment Report provides the ability to print detailed OASIS assessments showing M00 questions and answers as well as Hospice Item Set (HIS) questions and answers.

Go to Clinical > OASIS Assessment Report

General Options:

Report Sequence:  Select Alphabetic or Numeric patient order

Selection Type: Select All Records, Specific Patients, or Specific Units

Date Selection: Enter the Assessment Date Range

Answered Questions Only: Check this to exclude unanswered (blank) questions from showing on the report.

Medicare Patients Only: Check this to include only assessments for patients who have Medicare.

Status Type:

Set to 'All' to show all records regardless of their locked or export status.

Set to 'Not Locked' to show records that are waiting to be validated and locked.

Set to 'Locked Awaiting Export' to show records that are locked but have not been picked up in an export file to transmit to QIES ASAP system.
