OASIS Control Report

The OASIS Control Report Printing provides a way to track which patients are due for OASIS assessments and can also be utilized for hospice HIS reporting.


Go to Clinical > OASIS Control List

General Options:

Report Sequence:  Select Patient Code or Patient Name order

Selection Type: Select All Records or Specific Units

HIS Data: check this to run for hospice patients instead of home health OASIS reporting.


Report Criteria:

Include Patients Without Assessments:  Will include patients who may still need Start of Care (SOC) assessments entered.

Exclude Patients Without Assessments: Will only include patients who already have an assessment on file so will show those requiring a recertification (Follow-Up) assessment.

Only Patients Without Assessments: Will only show those patients with no assessments on file.

 

Date Criteria:

Patients Active As Of: Enter Date to be considered when pulling Active Patients

Cutoff Date: Can only be a future date and the report can only show one Due Date, so the report will show the Due Date for the most recent certification period.
