Time

The Time button allows the user to assign employees to shifts and schedule zones, and to add or edit scheduled time off (only available in Employee mode; use the Emp button to toggle to Employee mode).

SCHEDULE>LOAD/MAINTAIN

To change the days shown (default is one year), uncheck Show Year View at the bottom of the window, then click and drag in the upper left calendar area to change the view shown on the right.  Select from 1 day up to 6 weeks (view is saved until Scheduling window is closed).

Shift: Select existing Work Shift (created under File>File Maintenance>Category) or create custom shift for employee.

To create a Time Off Event:

Double-click on desired day on calendar to bring up Event window:

Enter description for event in the Subject field

Assign Label.

Enter Start/End times or mark as "All day event".

If the event is for more than one day, select the Recurrence button:

Click OK and Save changes when exiting the Time Maintenance window.
