System Log The System Log report shows audit trail information and can be used to track user actions performed within the database.
Report Sequence: Select User Login name or Date/Time User Selection: Select All Users or un-check and specify individual User by typing their login name in the User field. Date Selection: Enter the From and To date. This applies to the date actions were performed in HBS. Action Text Search: Optionally enter specific search criteria (for example, patient code) to narrow down report results.
