Therapy Utilization Report

The Therapy Utilization Report numbers the therapy visits, both verified and scheduled, for the certification periods in the reporting period and flags the 13th and 19th visits. The report also includes the 30th day of the cert period. This will help the user schedule the required re-assessment visits per Medicare regulations that, effective for episodes starting 1/1/2015 or after, at least once every 30 days a therapist (not a therapist assistant) must provide the service to functionally reassess the patient.
