Billing Audit
With
this release, a daily password will be required when accessing the
Billing Audit directly from the main menu. To
ensure proper edit checks are run, all billing should be initiated from
the Billing Pre-Audit or Hospice LOC reports. Contact Support if
assistance is needed producing a billing audit from either of these
reports.
Replacing Expired Diagnosis Codes
Clinical Users- In Clinical, create a Physician's Order (Change Order) with an
Order Date of 10/01/2021 with the patient's current diagnosis codes.
Once completed, confirm in the Integraton Log that the Diagnosis Export
is successful.
Billing-Only Users- In
the Patient Diagnosis Tab, replace the expired diagnosis code with the
new code. In the Patient Certify tab, create a Change Order with date
10/01/2021, click on the Diags button to import the codes from the
Patient Diagnosis tab, and Save the record.
