Home Health Value-Based Purchasing (HHVBP) Model
2025 is the first payment year of the HHVBP model for all agencies. Agencies with payments that do not match the calculated billed amounts should confirm their VBP Adjustment Rate furnished by CMS. This rate can be entered in the Unit>Rates/Dates tab:
Refer to the HHVBP FAQ for detailed information.
Agencies
that have already posted payments can enter a VBP Payment Adjustment
for the balance or un-bill and rebill the claim after entering the VBP
Adjustment rate in the Unit record.
