To All Hospice Clients:

Ver 1.2.8.45 includes the following important changes:

  • The Hospice LOC Report, Billing Audit Report, and Electronic Claims programs have been altered to accommodate Medi-Cal's 5/1/2018 implementation of CMS-1629-F Hospice requirements. Please refer to the Medi-Cal Hospice FAQ for detailed information on these changes.
  • The Hospice LOC Report has a new 'Create/Fix LOC Charges' option that can be used in place of the Auto Charge Generation> Level of Care routine. This new option not only generates the level of care (LOC) charges but also will remove incorrect LOC charges if the Level of Care assigned to the patient was changed after the LOC charges were originally created.
