Face-to-Face Encounter Doc A Face-to-Face Encounter document type can be added in File>File Maintenance>Category, click 'Change Type' and set to Document Type. Face to Face documents can be added, tracked, and printed in the Patient file. To track the status of Face to Face documents go to PATIENT>Document Reports. For Document Type, select "Face to Face" and enter other selection criteria. Go to Patient > Admit/Maintain, then the Docs Tab Click 'Print', set the Document Type to Physician Face to Face Encounter Form and then 'Print' to print a Face-to-Face Encounter document to send to the physician. The
Homebound Status text on the form can be added to, modified or
deleted via the corresponding text box. Check the Auto-Fill
Doctor checkbox to pre-fill
the patient's sequence 1 doctor under the Printed Name section of
