Schedule Load/Maintain

Schedule Load/Maintain allows users to load and maintain appointments, verify visits, track employee time off, and view employee/patient calendars in daily, weekly, or monthly mode. Review the Scheduling Guide for full details on Scheduling funtions.

Go to Schedule > Load/Maintain

In top left of screen highlight the day(s) you wish to view by clicking and dragging your mouse to select the desired days.


Find: Allows user to perform patient/employee searches

Filter: Allows user to narrow down patient/employee search selection

Notes: Allows user to write free text regarding a particular patient or employee for scheduling purposes

Time: Allows user to assign employees to shifts and to add or edit time off blocks.

Pat/Emp: Allows user to switch from Patient Calendar View to Employee Calendar View

Options: Allows user to set screen options.

Recurs: (replaces former Stop DC button) Selecting this option generates scheduled visits for Recurring series and removes scheduled visits beyond any patients discharge dates if found.

A star appears next to the visit on the calendar when both the employee and patient who are selected on the left panel are participants in the visit.

A calendar appears next to the visit on the calendar if the patient/employee combination selected on the left are not both participants in the visit.

A checkmark appears next to a visit that has been marked verified.

The $ sign next to a visit means the visit has already been posted to a billing audit.

The ? next to the visit means the visit is scheduled but no employee has been assigned.
